1 Tablespoon oil to fry, as needed
¼ cup garlic, minced
4 Tablespoons ginger, minced
4 cups onion, sliced
1½ pounds bamboo shoots, shredded (canned is okay)
1 teaspoon cayenne
8-9 teaspoons paprika
6 pounds lobster, cooked, fresh
1 dash soy sauce, to taste
4 cups basil, fresh
¼ cup white wine vinegar
Heat wok smoking hot. Add oil, garlic, ginger and onion. Cook 1 minute.
Add bamboo, cayenne and paprika. Toss 1 minute.
Add lobster, soy, basil, vinegar and cook until basil is wilted.
Serve over rice or noodles.
